Begin Your Spiritual Self Care Journey

You deserve self care. And not just the face masks, smoothies, or naps. But you deserve the kind of self care that allows you to truly heal and understand yourself in a new light. You deserve to fall in love with yourself the way wolves love the moon. To learn the deepest secrets of yourself. To become your own lover.

Learning to love yourself is a journey. It is not something you can do over night. It takes time to understand the methods, to learn your personal inner workings and history, to yearn to be healed and seen. Self care is truly a spiritual craft that requires learning, practice, and deep understanding.

How do you know where to begin? What is the first step you need to take? Let me guide you into developing your spiritual self care practice…

Initiate Yourself.

The best way to begin any new spiritual journey is to go through an initiation sequence and then dedicating a full year to learning.

A spiritual self care practice doesn’t necessarily have any universal group nature to it, like traditional religions may. There is no official indoctrination, no “tried-and-true” method to starting your practice.

But an initiation is still a good ritual and ceremony to welcome in change and a new way of living and learning, even if you’re doing it as a solitary practitioner.

So I am presenting you a guided journey into initiation that you can use to jump start your practice and begin your learning and discovering phase for the upcoming year.

The guided journey has completed. Just the initiation is available.

The Guided Journey.

Self-dedicating to your practice isn’t as easy as just saying you’ll start one day. I mean, it is, but there is more to it than that. How will you know what to study? Where do you dive in?

That’s where this guided journey comes in.

It’s a 5 day email campaign that sends you everything you need to begin to understand what you need to learn, heal, and do to begin your year and a day journey.

A Year and a Day.

This initiation practice is inspired by Wiccan initiation rites. In traditional Wiccan coven-based initiation practices, a potential member studies and apprentices under a mentor before their full initiation ceremony. This “trial” period before initiation is called the Year and a Day.

We’re going to sort of flip this practice on its head and do our self-dedicated (but guided) initiation first, then dive into a year and a day practice.

After this free 5 day initiation journey, you are free to practice however you like.

But for those who need more guidance, a Digital Year and a Day journal will be available to purchase. It is has 122 prompts to guide you over the next year in developing your own spiritual self care practice.

When you sign up to join the Samhain ritual, you will receive the first chapter of the Year and a Day journal.

This is your journey to crafting your own spiritual self care practice. It can take you as long or as short as you need it to until you feel like you are truly practicing the self care you need and deserve.

The purpose of this initiation journey is to give you the building blocks to truly begin a practice of treating yourself like the sacred and divine being you are.

Thank you for coming on this journey with me. I want this initiation journey to become a yearly tradition for our community, I want you to feel called to take this journey as many times as you need. Don’t hesitate to reach out via email or Instagram if you have any questions or comments about the journey.
